If you are one of our customers and you would like a direct line for emergencies, contact our offices we will give you a cellular phone number available with a 24 hours, 7 days a week immediate support services. The cost related to the Emergency Phone Service (EPS) are low and very effective. This service is available on a volontary base by the customer who desire an answer, an action or fast advise regarding a problematic situation. The regular technical E-Mail service is also effective but take a little more time because it is written and the arrival of messages are consider as a time factor for the answer.
